How much should I spend on the gift certificate?

Our tickets are $20 for adults and $18 for seniors and students. Thus, if you want to give them 2 tickets, we recommend $40.  If you want to give them 5 tickets, then it would be $100.

Do your gift certificates expire?

No. They do not expire until all money has been used up.

What can a gift certificate be used on?

They can be used for purchasing tickets for any of our productions, FlexPasses (like a season pass).  They cannot be used on concessions or donations.

How is the gift certificate delivered?

It is delivered by email.  You have the option to include the recipient’s email and we will send it directly to them. Or you can specify your own email to have it sent to you.

How does the recipient redeem the gift certificate?

They select their tickets online (or over the phone with the box office). Upon checking out, there is a Gift Card field for them to enter the gift card code.  The card will work just as cash.
