Why do we want you to record your volunteer hours?

First, people who volunteer more than 10 hours each fiscal year are considered members of Theatre in the Grove, making you eligible to vote for board of directors at our annual meeting. This provides a record of that.  Second, we want to acknowledge our volunteers for the many hours that you invest in our organization.  Finally, when we apply for grants we sometimes need to show how active our volunteer community is and we need an accurate record of how many people and how many hours are being invested in our organization.
