Alicia Barrett is a music director and educator with extensive experience working with performers of all ages in theatre and musical training. She currently serves as the music director at Theatre in the Grove and the staff pianist at Bridgetown Conservatory of Musical Theatre.
Her recent music direction credits include Rocky Horror Show (Theatre in the Grove), Bonnie and Clyde (Bridgetown Conservatory), and Wizard of Oz (Theatre in the Grove). She was also the conductor and keyboard 1 player for Lakewood’s production of Groundhog Day.
This production marks Alicia’s first time performing on stage in addition to her work as music director and she could not be more grateful to share the stage with such a supportive and talented cast. Alongside her theatre work, she teaches and coaches young performers in her piano studio, helping them build the skills needed for success in musical theatre. She remains dedicated to fostering strong musicianship, collaboration, and artistry in every project she leads.
